Completion of the booking form and payment of a deposit constitutes your agreement of these terms and conditions.
- A deposit of £100 is required to confirm and secure your special day.
- Payment in full must be made 14 days before the date of your wedding. This can be done by cash, Bank transfer, or cheque made payable to PBP Photography.
- In the extremely unlikely event that Paul &/or Donna Bawor are unable to attend your wedding, we reserve the right for another Photographer to attend in their place.
- In the event of loss of some or all photographs, PBP Photography shall only be liable to return all monies paid.
- Under the Copyright Act 1988, the copyright of all photographs is retained by PBP Photography. As such all reprints must be ordered through PBP Photography. This is with exception to the digital package where copyright passes to the Bride and Groom.
- We can not guarantee any single use cameras. In the event of malfunction, poor quality photos, loss of image or undesirable usage – PBP Photography cannot be held liable.

How It All Works
If you like the information you have seen, we suggest you come and visit us to view our portfolio and packages in the flesh!! It also provides a good opportunity to meet and chat to see if you can imagine us taking your photographs on the day!
All being well, you fill out our booking form and together with your deposit we confirm your date in our diary.
A month before the big day we will invite you to meet with us and discuss your requirements in more detail . If appropriate we will hold your pre-wedding portrait sitting at this time. From here on in you can completely relax, safe in the knowledge that your proofs will be waiting for you when you return home from honeymoon.
