Completion of the booking form and payment of a deposit constitutes your agreement of these terms and conditions.

• In line with the Copyright Act 1988, the copyright of all photographs is retained by PBP photography. As such all reprints must be ordered through PBP Photography.
• Under no circumstances must any prints or images be used in advertisements for newspapers, magazines and their publications, without prior written consent.
• In the event of loss of some or all images, PBP Photography shall only be liable to return all monies paid.
• Payment of the photo shoot must be made at time of booking, and this will constitute agreement of these terms and conditions.
• Payment of prints must be made on order.
