Images from the CAD/CAM practical days

During the project we spent two days at Boston Grammar School where each delegates learning was enhanced and supported by staff from Sheffield Hallam University, New Wave Technology and the CAD/CAM hardware suppliers EMCO.

Course delegates engaged in developing their outcomes using ProEngineer. The images below show one of the delegates 3D printer outcomes.

The gallery below shows the outcomes from two seperate schools using 3 axis CNC routers. Scroll over the thumbnails to view the larger images.

In this gallery we can see colleagues from EMCO demonstrating the use of a 3D scanner to produce a solid model and also demonstrating the use of a 3D printer to produce outcomes from the delegates CAD files.
